2) That the establishment and modification of all recreational activity fees shall <br /> include each activity's: <br /> a) cost recovery target based on the City Council adopted Cost Benefit <br /> Policy <br /> b) proposed fee schedule and strategy to achieve the identified cost <br /> recovery ratio <br /> c) relationship to Parks business management initiatives <br /> 3) That establishment and/or modification for fees identified in(la) above requires <br /> that the following procedure will be followed: <br /> a) new and/or proposed fee modifications will be made available for public <br /> review <br /> b) new and/or proposed fee modifications will be presented to and <br /> discussed with the Parks Board of Commissioners and the Parks Board <br /> of Commissioners will entertain public comments <br /> c) the Parks Board of Commissioners will prepare a recommendation to <br /> Parks for new and/or proposed fee modifications <br /> d) Parks will notify the City Council's Budget Committee (or successor) of <br /> new and/or proposed fee modifications prior to implementation. <br /> 4) Resolution No. 5911 is hereby superseded. <br /> Council Person Introduc's g esolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 23rd day of Apr i1 , 2008. <br /> Council Presi+e <br /> 3 <br />
