• <br /> Attachment C <br /> Downtown Everett Business Improvement Area BIA <br /> Assessment Rate <br /> 2008-2011 <br /> To finance programs and services authorized in Attachment A for the BIA fiscal <br /> years (July 1 through June 30) of 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the annual amount of <br /> $196,584, there is levied and shall be collected annual special assessments upon <br /> the buildings and other real property within the Downtown Everett Business <br /> Improvement Area (and the owners thereof) as follows: <br /> Seventy percent (70%) of the annual BIA levy of $196,584 shall be based <br /> on the lineal front footage of each individual property within the <br /> geographical limits of the BIA and thirty percent (30%) of the annual BIA <br /> levy of $196,584 shall be based on the assessed value of each individual <br /> property within the geographical limits of the BIA. <br />
