OP(.4%/ma <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6034 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of that portion of the alley <br /> abutting Lots 16 thru 21,Block 720,Plat of Everett Division "H". <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of that portion of the alley <br /> in Block 720,Plat of Everett Division"H",described as follows: <br /> That portion of the alley right of way abutting Lots 16 thru 21, Block 720, Plat of <br /> Everett Division"H" according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, <br /> Page 50,records of Snohomish County,Washington; <br /> have petitioned for the vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for July 23, 2008, at 8:30 a.m., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASS D AND APPROVED this 25th day of June , 2008. <br /> Council Presi e <br />
