Our services included providing onsite
observations and testing on a part-time from May 'f4 to June 1, 2015. Our representatives
made two site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building slab backfill.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted eight field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). OneZx representative soil sample was returned
to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Madified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical reccmmendations.
1ti05 - 1;6th P'are, i.F.., 5ii[e 2f)"1 f3cllevuc, t1'; 7°0 ); ° 14F5j 44y-4704 ° F,X f4i,1 449-4?1"i \ I
t I
='l
