Our services included providing onsite <br />ahservations and tesiing on a parf-ti�7�e frorn February '13 ia April 27, 2015. Our <br />representatives made eight site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test buiiding <br />slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 24 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and opfiimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor), Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locaiions of the building slab backfill. <br />Sased on our obse+vations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. - <br />. , " ; i{ ih i'1, _ `. r "... � i<C , !r,. - %S'; �1 4,'•'.? � + i-:�ia:.�42�; ,j•_`}-;?I"I <br />
