Our <br />representatives made eight site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building <br />slab backfilL <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 24 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soi! samples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and opiimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. <br />1fifi � - 13(,rh {'iacN \.�' .
