November 9, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered the oaths of office, and Mayor <br /> Stephanson presented the officers with badges. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore thanked Council Member Roberts and the Mayor <br /> for their work on the Sound Transit 3 (ST3) proposal. He also <br /> congratulated Everett Police Chief Templeman on the new hires. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Puget Sound Regional Council Growth Management Policy Board meeting <br /> last week. <br /> Council Member Franklin reported on her attendance at the Map <br /> Restoration event held at the Everett Public Library. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked the community, the Mayor, and staff for <br /> supporting the ST3 proposal. He also reported on his attendance at the <br /> Association of Washington Cities Legislative Priorities Committee meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts announced the General Government <br /> Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, November 30, at 5:15 <br /> p.m. <br /> President Murphy provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting yesterday.
