Our services inc;luded providing onsite <br />;" , observations and testing on a part-time from February 13 to April 27, 2015. Our <br />representatives made eight site visits to observe building foundation sub�rade and test buiiding <br />slab backfill. <br />� Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 24 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Twa representative soif samples �rvere returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building sl��b backfill. <br />Based on our obse+vations and testing, the earthwork construction �vas accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. <br />- ,� �,: �� . ... ,. � -:� - ;� �., a�_. <br />�..-� <br />..: : <br />
