Stevens: <br />In accordance with your request, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) provided construction <br />monitoring and consulting services at the subject site. Our services included providing onsite <br />observations �nd testinc� on a p�rt-time from F�br�ian,� 13 fo At�rif 27, 2015. �1ur <br />representatives made eight site visifs to observe buifding foundation subgrade and test building <br />slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of th� proposed strucfures. <br />�ur representative conductec! 24 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Methad). Two representative soil samples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis af the maximum dry density and optimum mo'tsture cantent in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork constructian was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project pians and our geotechnical recommendations. <br />,_ _ ., . , � a � <br />,�i_:� - �.<,(�rr, C'Ir� N � _..
