Stevens: <br />In accordance with your request, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) provided construction <br />monitoring ar�d consulting services at the subject site. Our services included providing onsite <br />absenrations and testing on a part-time frnm F�bruary 13 t� �;�rif _?.7, 20�5. nur <br />representatives made eight site visits to observe buifdirig foundation subgrade and test building <br />slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be danse and suitable for support <br />of th� proposed structures. <br />Our representative conducted 24 field density tests in accordanc� with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisfure cantent in <br />accordance with ASTM D155i-02 (Modified Proctor).
