Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-tirne from March 30 to May 19, 2015. Our representatives <br />made three site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building slab backfifl. <br />Our representative observed building faundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />ofi the pro�oseci struciur�e. <br />�ur representative cor�ducted 14 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil sampie was returned to our <br />laboratory for anaiysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
