Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and tesfing on a part-tirne from March 30 to May 19, 2015. Our representatives <br />made three site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building sfab backfi[I. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of ihe proposed s�r-uciii�e. <br />Our representative conducted 14 field density tests in accordance with ASTM Tesf Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Methad). Two representative soil sampie was returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
