All activity authorized by this permit shall comply with Chapter 17.05 and Title 24 <br />SCC. Permanent vegetation cover shall be installed prior to final inspection. See <br />special conditions attached. <br />2. Lots 1-48 are subject to an approved drainage plan for lot development that <br />requires impervious surfaces & drains to be connected to the plat storm drainage <br />system. Impervious surface area not to exceed 2,400 sq. ft. The storm drain pipe <br />from the house shall have a positive drainage flow to the plat storm system. The <br />pipe is recommended to be 4" (inch) min. PVC and conform to A.S.T.M. standards <br />and specifications. The drain pipe trench shall be left open until the county building <br />inspector has approved pipe placement in the trench and connection to the storm <br />drainage system.
