WASHINGTON <br /> low Traffic Satfetyy <br /> C O M SI I S S I O N <br /> Agency: EVERETT POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> Project Number: FFY2017 HVE <br /> Acknowledgement of WTSC Grant Requirements <br /> When the authorizing official and the project manager sign the agreement for a WTSC <br /> grant, they agree to comply fully with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract <br /> as well as additional federal requirements outlined in the Electronic Code of Federal <br /> Regulations for Federal Grants and Agreements: (http://www.ecfr.gov/cqi-bin/text- <br /> idx?tpl=/ecfrbrowse/Title02/2cfr200 main 02.tp1). <br /> The WTSC provides all grant recipients an opportunity to ask questions or discuss <br /> concerns about the terms and conditions of the grant. This opportunity may consist of <br /> an in-person meeting or conference call, depending on the complexity of the project and <br /> the recipient's level of experience with federal grants.
