Crew drilled (5"+ embed) and cleaned holes (with air and brush), injected epoxy <br />into holes, and inserted 3/" diameter anchor bolts into epoxy filled holes. These installations were in <br />accordance with approved drawings (including detail 1/SD4, etc.).
