The azea of the <br /> building was 7,488 sf for the bottom floor and 8,112 sf for the upper floor for a total azea of 15,600 <br /> square feet. There is also an existing seasonal stream ar,3 its associated buffers along the northem <br /> portion of the property to be mitigated and enhanced per wetland mitigation plan by ATSI dated 2 <br /> June 2004. <br /> Proposed changes to the projects include the following: <br /> • The new building includes a three-story structure with 3,315 sf for the basement <br /> floor, 7,464 sf for the first floor and 7,912 sf for. the second floor for a total building <br /> a..a of 18,691 sf. <br /> • Parking proposed for building now includes 33 pazking stalls in the upper pazking lot, <br /> two stalls along the south side of the building and 23 pazking stalls in the lower <br /> parking lot. Total parking for the new site configuration includes 58 pazking stalls of <br /> which 3 are handicapped accessible. <br /> • Pazking required for the new building wnfigaration will be 27 spaces for the ofFice <br /> azea (11,227 sf X l/400) and 25 stalls for the retail area (7,464 sf X 1/300 s� for a � <br /> total required parking statl count of 52 stalls.
