We received an Addendum to the originally issued DNS <br /> on August 31st,2006 that addressed said changes. - -� <br /> � y;- <br /> More vnportantly,we recently conducted geotechnical test pits and discovered a significant <br /> amount of poor, unsuitable fill that must be removed and the requirement to import structural fill. <br /> Unfortunately,we aze now in the rainy season. Our geotechnical engineer and contractor have <br /> recommended that we delay start of the work until Spring or even Summer,2007 when erosion <br /> control methods will be bener managed and the soils will be more conducive to excavation, <br /> backfilling and compacting. Moreover,the site is adjacent to a sensitive area wetland and stream. <br /> Finally,the structural engineer finalized his set of plans and sent them to the architect.
