Grit, oil and water separation are an <br /> important element of the Comm�nity Transit site plan. On-site storm water <br /> retention can be accommodated if required. <br /> ��y. 6. Public Services <br /> i �4 <br /> Finding: Police proteciion is currently provided by the Snohomish County <br /> Sheriff. However, the Everett Police Department regularly patrols the <br /> � rp, vicinity when on 'he;r way to and from adjacent residential areas with;n the <br /> � � City limits. <br /> Conclusion: City Police will indude the area and Kasch Park in their regular <br /> patrols. <br /> ' Finding: Fire protection is currenUy provided by the PaiNg Field Fire <br /> Department. <br /> Conclusion: The City'S new fire station at 94th Street S.W. and Evergreen <br /> Way wiil serve ihe area after annexation and development. New and more <br /> sophisticated fire fighting equipment plus more professional manpower at the <br /> new station would improve the cuality of fire protectiun.
