The site generally slones to the e: The site is adjac=nt to the county's Vocational Skills Center �and access is prepo=e�� via Airport Rd. 4. Drainage shall be designed in conformance with the Cit�'s drainaye ordinance. Adequate control o£ runoff, including on site detention and oil separation, is reqc�� . Runoff may have to be detained in the bog area on ti�e site. 5. Playfield lighting must be desigr.ed to prevent interfering with the aircraft operations at 2aine Field. Noise is significant in the area due to airport activit- and the proposal .will generate additior.al crowd noise associate3 with spozts. The entire site will be fenced, displacing and restricting free movement of native grou� migrating fauna. 6.
