A detailed dra�ving shall be submitted to the Pubiic `"'orks Department <br /> showing par!<ing layout, landscapin�, driveways, utilities, storm drains�e, <br /> an� all requireo improvements to t. : public right-of-way. Public \`rorl<s <br /> Department ao��roval of these drawings is required before any permits <br /> are issued. Ail improvem�nts shall be completed befcre the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued. <br /> As-builts, easements, and a one year Warrantee Bond in the amount <br /> of 10% uf the cost of construction of the public water sy_cem are required <br /> within 10 working days of obtaining public water connection. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from tne site within the <br /> City of Everett shall be on arteriai streets unless other�vise approved <br /> by the Public �Vorks Department. <br /> 4. Water and sewer main extensions from Casino and/or Airport Road <br /> are required to prov:de service to this site. <br /> 5. A twelve foot wide asphalt pedestrian pathway is reGuired on the east <br /> �, side of the existing ditch from a point south of the south property lir,e, <br /> north to Cas;no Road with a transition to existing shoulder at both rermini <br /> of the pathway. <br /> 6.
