,r '1 I � � CITY OF EVERETT � t� C.ALL FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett , Washington, 98201 , until 2:00 pm, �Yednesday, January 19, 1983, for the furnishin� of all labor , materials, and equipment necessary to provide and install five hundred seventy five (575) lineal feet of six (6) foot high chain link fence, with three strands of barbed wire on arms at the top of the fence, project located along road leading into Kasch Park, 8811 Airport Road, Everett , Wa. , in accordance with contract plans and specifications. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the p�esence of the bidders or their representatives at an administrative opening in City Hall, Everett , Washington. Plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Permit Coordinator, City Hall, Everett , Washington. For information, call 259-8748. All praposals must be made on the regular form provided for this purpose and must be accompanied hy a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A one hundr�d (100) percent Corpoaate Surety Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalit�es. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bi� award as deemed in the best interests of the City.
