Subsequent to approval of the final miagation plan, any plant <br /> species substitutions must be approved by the biologist supervising the mitiga6on. <br /> The recommended fall planting window provides the macimum opportunity that naturally occurring <br /> hydrologic condipons will continue to support the new plants during crucial first months and <br /> throughout the first year.
