I must apologize for our failure to respond in <br /> a more timely fashion. As I am sure you are aware <br /> this has been a very busy season for us. We are attemp- <br /> ting to investigate each one of these permits individ- <br /> ually but we felt that we needed to respond to your <br /> letters immediately. I have enclosed copies of the <br /> letters that have been sent to us so you know which <br /> ones we are looking into.
