In meeting with 7im a <br /> tentative hearing schedule was discussed and a list of pending projects was <br /> presented to him. {See attachments). <br /> As you can see there are a number of projects pending and in looking at <br /> the schedule there is a relatively limited time in which to comment. In order <br /> to aid you in your review of any upcoming projects we will attach a copy of a <br /> draft Staff Report along with the normal SEPA circulation. Please review and <br /> comment on any portion of the report that pertains to your department's area <br /> of expertise. <br /> Two projects have been scheduled for hearing on December 4 beginning <br /> at 9:00 A. m, in the Ci1y_Co4ncil Chamhe�s,._�e first item on the agenda is <br /> !� the Special`P�operty Use Perml'C. an Vanance for View Ridge ElemeMary <br /> �' School (SEPA I�eview-and draft Staff epor -attached) and the second item <br /> being the Henry "Kid" Mathews��ezone request. This SEPA review and draft <br /> report should be available tomorrow. <br /> , The hearing on December 18th is tentatively scheduled to begin at 9:00 <br /> A. M. again in the Council Chambers. The first item on the agenda is the City <br /> �Rezone;at Holly Drive and 100th, the second item is._the Seattle North <br /> Development south of the Everett Mall� and the last item is t e a ecs <br /> Ambtiance Service expansion(�fon-con�rming Use permit. Draft StaffReports <br /> and SEPA information will be availalst� [iy Novem6er 18th for your review and <br /> comment. <br /> The Hearing Examiner process will in most cases involve only one hearing <br /> before a decision is reached by the Examiner, so it is criticai that responses <br /> are received when due. <br /> 'Che Examiner mu• c receive a complete packet seven days prior to the <br /> hearing date. This is a radical change over the three hearing process <br /> previously used before the Planning Commission. <br /> A following up meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 13 at 10:30 <br /> A. M. in the Planning Department conference room.
