Presented in this letter report aze our findings, conclusions, recommendationa and design for this rockery wall. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Tbe ground within your property siopes down gently westwazd to about the west boundary where it is bordered by a steep slope that drops down some 4 to 8 feet across the west boundary to your neighbor's yazd. The top of this slope slopes down gently and swings gradually to the eayt away from the west boundary as it goes southward. Currently an e�tisting rockery lines the aorth boundary, with its height increases to about 6 feet towazd the northwest comer of your property. The proposed rockery is to extend southward from ttus existing rockery for a length of about 1201ineal feet.
