,,,,:mAI <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3431-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled, "East Everett Pedestrian Walkway", Fund 303, <br /> Program 016 as established by Ordinance No. 3374-14 <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "East Everett Pedestrian Walkway", Fund <br /> 303, Program 016, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "East Everett Pedestrian Walkway", Fund 303, <br /> Program 016, as established by Ordinance No. 3374-14, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "East Everett Pedestrian Walkway", Fund 303, <br /> Program 016, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction $1,663,347 <br /> Total Expenses $1,663,347 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> STPE-Federal Grant $ 733,838 <br /> Fund 119-Street Improvements 748,706 <br /> Fund 154-CIP 3 97,803 <br /> Fund 157-Traffic Mitigation 23,000 <br /> Fund 301 -Arterial Streets 60,000 <br /> Total Revenues $1,663,347 <br />
