Exhibit "A" Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, Payment, Notices, and Representatives I. Scope of Service A. Activities/Project Description The Subgrantee will be responsible for administering the HopeWorks Station program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program: Program Delivery Activity: With the funding from this agreement HopeWorks will contract for design services (architect and engineering) toward completion of schematic design for the Hope Works Station new construction project located at 3331 Broadway, Everett WA 98201 . The completed project will create affordable housing, training programs for homeless and low-income individuals toward career pathways and jobs . The project plan includes apartments for 76 individuals in the residential units and an internship program for 75 low-income individuals annually through the social enterprises. General Administration [Add description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] HopeWorks will contract for design services (architect and engineering) toward completion of schematic design for the Hope Works Station new construction project. B. National Objectives The Subgrantee certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet one or more of the following CDBG National Objectives - 1) benefit low/moderate income persons, 2) aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight or, 3) meet community development needs having a particular urgency- as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208.
