RESOLUTION# 5930 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing <br /> Human Needs Priorities for 2008 Grant Funding <br /> WHEREAS,the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to determine annually the <br /> human needs in the City of Everett,to prioritize those needs, and to allocate moneys to most benefit those <br /> needs; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Human Needs Advisory Committee has determined that the following list of <br /> human needs will be funded in 2008 to qualified programs inside the City of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services(i.e. Medical, Dental,Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> 0 Abuse/Neglect <br /> g) Delinquency Prevention <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services(i.e. Medical, Dental,Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3.
