Pete James
Subject: FW: Use Process - Cell Antennae replacement
From: John Jimerson [mailto:JJimerson@ci.everett.wa.us]
Sent: Friday, June 15, 2012 2:09 PM
To: 'pajames2003@comcast.neY
Subject: Use Process - Cell Antennae replacement
Pete

Per our discussion, your property at 1802 75`h Street SW is zoned M-M, and your proposal is to replace existing antenna's
with like number and size. The old antennas will stay up for a period of time (up to about 180 days) after the new
antennas are installed, and when the transition is complete they will be removed. The amount of ground based
equipment will be reduced.
Normally cell towers/antennas in the M-M zone are subject to Review Process 2. However, Section 19.41.150(D)(1)(2)
allows installation of antennas on an existing tower in a non-residential zone and at least 300 feet of a non-residential
zone, to be reviewed through Review Process 1(building permit).
