<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6845
<br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of the north/south
<br /> alley lying north of Wall Street between Oakes and Rockefeller Avenues.
<br /> ,
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of that portion of the
<br /> north/south alley right of way lying north of Wall Street between Oakes and Rockefeller
<br /> Avenues, legally described as follows:
<br /> THE ALLEY OF BLOCK 685, PLAT OF EVERETT, ACCORDING TO THE
<br /> PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 3 OF PLATS, PAGE 32,
<br /> RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY, ADJACENT TO LOTS 1A,1,2,3,4, 5,
<br /> 16,17,18,19,20,AND 21;
<br /> AND
<br /> THE ALLEY OF BLOCK 685, EVERETT LAND COMPANY'S FIRST
<br /> ADDITION TO EVERETT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,
<br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 3 OF PLATS, PAGE 20, RECORDS OF
<br /> SNOHOMISH COUNTY, ADJACENT TO LOTS 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,
<br /> AND 16.
<br /> ALL SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF
<br /> WASHINGTON
<br /> have petitioned for the vacation of said right of way; and
<br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for
<br /> public hearing on said petition;
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
<br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for May 20th, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council
<br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid
