Retain existing standing seam metal roof and clean of all debris. <br /> 2. Infill existing flutes with Johns Manville 1"Polyisocyanurate urethane insulation loose <br /> laid. <br /> 3. Install Johns Manville 1.5"Polyisocyanurate board over the EPS insulation and <br /> mechanically fasten it to the existing decking with 6 fasteners per 4'x8'board. <br /> 4. Install 60 Mil.Johns Manville white TPO,scrim reinforced,mechanically fastened <br /> roof membrane and roof flashing system as per manufacturer's specifications. <br /> 5. New TPO to be fastened into the existing purlins spaced 5' apart. (Sheets to be 10'wide <br /> fastened 18"o.c.in the field, 12"in the perimeters and 6"in the corners.) <br /> 6. Install wood nailers at the perimeter to accommodate the new insulation. <br /> 7. Flash all roof top curbs,and pipes per manufacturers approved details. <br /> 8. Wrap all perimeter edge walls with fully adhered membrane. Membrane to extend over <br /> the outside face of wall a minimum of 1.5"below wood nailer.Apply continuous bead of <br /> NP-1 sealant between face of wall and membrane. <br /> 9. Install new prefinished 24 gauge Metal-Era Anchor Tite Canted Waterdam perimeter <br /> metal. <br /> 10. Install new Metal-Era SealTite gutter and downspout to match the existing. <br /> 11. Replace existing(12) Smoke Vents with new Factory Mutual approved Bristolite <br /> Kingspan 4896-ECO-SVAPC Smoke Vent and Gladiator Safety Screen 4896-SSCRN. <br /> 12.Furnish and install(28)Velux Dynamic Dome Skylight Factory Mutual Approved Model <br /> Size 6072 and AES Industries metal curb. <br /> 13. Remove and dispose of all debris related to the roofmg project. <br /> 14. Shall cover, seal and otherwise protect the roof and all flashing so that water cannot <br /> accumulate or flow under completed portions.When and where required,temporary <br /> water cutoffs shall be made at the end of each working day. <br /> 15.
