The plans do not incl��de the "Slab-0n-Grade Floor• " insa�l�tion require�nents of thc G6� SEC 1311. � 2. The P[ans Indicate R-19 inslrlation for most of the ��of. 6�SEC Table 13-1 reqi�ires R- ?l. Response to #1 & 2: Becatise of the nature of Tilt-Up c�nstruction adding insulation �vould be difticult to maintain the structural connections required. In lieu of adding insulation in the slab I inade some chan�.;es to the insulatiun on the builciin�. The Insulatioil is no�v shown as R-30 rigid insulation in the� roof and R-19 in the walls. The Energy Calculations have been updated!re� ised to sho�� this chanae to circumvent the ``Slab-On-Grade Floor" insulation requirements. 3. 7he pla��ts indicate �a fi�tirre adclition of 9�, 7/6... ... 7;he Proposecl bt�ilding mca1- be �equired to hcn��c� smoke ca��cl heat vents... Response to #-t: The plans ha� e been re��ised t� sho�� permanent roof access ladders �vith fall protection. Roof top unit5 will be adcied ho�vever the exact location is unkno�vn at this time. Most likely they w�ill take the place of a fe�� skyli�ht penetrations and the str�icture w�ill be updated to receive the loadin� from tl-�e R�T'U. ��
