The project consists of the replacement of portions of existing walkways,
construction of small areas of new walkway, and overlaying of portions of existing parking lots
to create ADA compliant parking stalls and load areas. The proposed redevelopment is designed
to meet the requirements of the 2010 Everett Stormwater Management Manual.
See attached figure 2.1 and 2.2 following this section for the flow chart used in determining the
minimum and additional requirements.
The areas of proposed redevelopment account for 0.046 acres of the 13.42 acre parcel.
The following list summarizes the areas of improvements:
• Approximately 180 SF of new cement concrete sidewalk
• Approximately 1812 SF of replaced cement concrete sidewalk
• Approximately 7200 SF of ACP parking lot overlay.
Stormwater runoff from the proposed improvements will be collected via existing stormwater
structures.
