SE. <br />The structure lacks the required setbacks. ( there is actually 2 sheds one that is small and has been at its location for <br />some time) Both structures abut a newly planned development. The structures are an eyesore as well as being located in <br />violation of zoning code. <br />The owners have failed to make an effort to bring the property into compliance. <br />Please look into this for enforcement action as your schedule allows. <br />Reports and photos in CRW. <br />Thank you. <br />Ted Budden <br />
