Our services included providing onsite
observations and testing on a part-time from July 13, 2015 to January 8, 2016. Our
representatives made four site visits to observe or test buiiding foundation subgrade, building
slab backfill, and pervious pavement preparation.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted four field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method}. Two representative soil samples were returned
to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
IS<}` 1_6°h ' <<i `. : ir :i't,l - I3lc ,, t+ , `E"si}O' o-?5r 117-(-1 i`i7 . , . y t11
