Our services included providing onsite observations and testing on a part-time from April 28, 2015 to January 8, 2016. Our representatives made five site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, building slab backfill, and pervious pavemenfi preparation. Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for suppo�t of the proposed structure. Our representative conducted eight field density fests in accordance with ASTiUI Test Designation D2922 �Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned to our laboratory for analysis of #he maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in accordance with ASTfVI D1557-02 (Modified Proctor}. Density test results indicate adequate compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations af the building slab backfill. Our representative abserved the contractor prepare the driveway far pervious pavement according to the specification in the designed plans.
