Our
representatives made five site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, building
slab backfill, and pervious pavemenfi preparation.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted eight field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned
to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and aptimum maisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density iest results indicate adequate
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested iocations af the building slab backfill.
Our representative observed the contractor prepare the driveway for pervious pavement
accarding to the specification in the designed plans. In accordance with the designed plans,
our representative conducted the bucket test on fihe pervious pavemenf and observed it to
drain as intended.
ft5(? - l.iiEh I'i,tr  N.E., tiUl€i' 2t)i  fi:`!i; t.1t.:; 1,';1 z}30)' ,:"_r} - 1) lr(;4  i:AX (''il ::},.1...'t: 1'(
