Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-fime from April �4 to �J�.m� � 2_, 7_.015. ��_ar r?presrn¢�tives <br />made two site visits to observe and test the bui(ding foundation subgrade. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted six field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation <br />D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil sample was returned to our <br />laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
