Our services included providing onsite
observations nd testing on a prt-time from April 4 to Jire 1?_, ?_015. Oar rprsPntatives
made two site visits to observe and test the building foundation subgrade.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable far support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted six field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test Designation
D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil sample was returned to our
laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry densiiy and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor}. Density test results indicate adequate
compaction of at ieast 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accardance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations.
1805 - 13fith Placc N.E., Suii:e ZU I^ Bellcvut, 1-Y7 5)30O5 m(25) 44'.f-<k; f.?4 F,X (4"> ;) 49-17 i1
