Our services incfuded providing onsite <br />observatians and testing on a part-time from April 14 to July 28, 2015. Our representatives <br />made six site visits to observe and test the building foundation subgrade. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitabie for support <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted thirteen field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned <br />to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the buiiding slab backfifl. <br />Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in <br />accordance with the project plans and aur geotechnical recommendations. <br />1i,4}�i ..
