Our services included providing onsite
observations and testing an a part-time from April 14 to July 28, 2015. Our representatiies
made six site visits to observe and test the building foundation subgrade.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted thirteen field density fests in accordance with ASTM Tst
Designation D2922 {Nuclear Gauge Method). Twa representative soil samples were returned
to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctar). Density test results indicate adequte
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building sfab backfill.
Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accordance with the project plans and aur geotechnical recommendations.
1FO`i - 136ih Nlace N.[., Suite >01 i3eLevuuc; 1rL', 1f90i)5 °(42i) 44'i-4iO4 • FAX (.47:,; 149-477"1
