In accordance with Everett Municipal Code <br />chapter 13.44, a new address is assigned to the building on parcel described as: The south-west <br />corner of 10th St. and Broadway including but not limited to lots 17, 18, and 19, block 221 of Bailey <br />Addition C. 0.
