Delineate project limits in field with High Visibility Fencing and Silt Fence. <br />4. Begin demolition and clearing. Refer to the erosion control notes in the SWPPP and on <br />the plans for control of pollutants. <br />6. Perform rough grading. Continue to monitor and repair/replace erosion control <br />measures throughout the length of the project. <br />7. Install utility systems. <br />8. Begin building construction. <br />10. Finalize walks around the building. <br />11. Install plantings per the landscape plan. <br />12. Seed and mulch any other exposed soils caused by construction activity. <br />13. Remove TESC measures once all project work is complete. <br />No phasing is proposed for the project. <br />9. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />Following is a conceptual construction schedule: <br />Spring 2016 Work Begins — Work limits identified and erosion controls installed. <br />Commence site demolition and perform grading operations. Install utility <br />services. Place base course of rock for access and walkways. Begin <br />building construction. <br />Winter 2016 Stabilize the site for Winter. No site work is proposed for the Winter <br />months, however, building construction will continue. <br />Spring 2017 Continue building construction and perform final grading and paving. <br />Landscaping will follow building construction in 2016. Once the site is <br />stabilized the erosion controls will be removed. <br />Wet season site construction is not proposed for the project though building construction <br />might span the wet season months. <br />10. FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Erosion Control Bonds will be provided as required by the City of Everett. <br />11. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS <br />No erosion control engineering calculations have been prepared. The building forms the largest <br />grading impact but will quickly be stabilized with foundations and slab work. <br />12. EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST <br />With less than 1 acre of disturbance construction will not require a certified erosion control <br />specialist.
