(MTC) provided materials testing and special inspection services <br />during construction of the above-referenced project. This letter is a statement declaring the actual work <br />inspected by MTC itemiled below was found to be, to the best of tlle inspector's 1<nowledge, in accordance <br />with project plans, specifications, engineer approved revisions, and the lnternatioilal Building Code. <br />The fiollowing is the scope of inspections performed on this project: <br />♦ Lateral Wood Framing <br />♦ Reinforced Concrete <br />♦ Proprietary Anchors <br />The ►-es�ilts of our services were p►-ovided to the local building department for review. Only WABO <br />Certified special inspectors were utilized to perform those specific inspections as required by the Special <br />Inspection Agreement. Any items that were found to be in noncompliance with the approved construction <br />documents were repaired or replaced, and re-inspected for acceptance.
