This tinal letter summarizes our observations and w�s prepared to assist you in <br />obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy for the new apartments. <br />Our coi�struction support services were per[�ormed on an on-call basis between Novembec 2, <br />2015 and ,Iu��e 27, 2016. Obseivations made durinb our site visits were documented in field <br />reports, which were transmitted to you. <br />Below is a s�immaiy ofi our testing and obscrvations: <br />Fouudation I3earing Soils <br />We observed the footing subgrade soils prior to conccete placeinent. In general, the native <br />subgrade soil at the bottom of footin� excavation consisted of dense to veiy dense silty sand with <br />braveL In our opinion, the footing subbrade was properly prepared and is suitable to support the <br />desibn bearing pressure of 4,000 psf. <br />Structural Fill <br />PanGEO"s represeiltative observed tl�e structural fill placed to backfill undel•�round utilities <br />beneath the public rigllt-ol=ways. Density testing was conducted by Otto Rosena�i, Inc., �inder <br />subcontract to PanGEO. n total of a total of five field density tests wcre performed on the tcench <br />backtill.
