November 23, 2016 <br /> pool of candidates to serve as interim municipal court judge to fill Judge <br /> Tim Odell's vacant position until the 2017 municipal election. The Mayor <br /> stated he would be bringing his recommendation to Council to appoint <br /> Judge Thomas Wynne on an interim basis commencing in January. The <br /> Mayor stated he would be formally bringing this forward when the <br /> ordinance becomes effective about the middle of December. <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1611-47, and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3521-16 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — UTILIZE MALL PROPERTY FOR POLICE / ROLE- <br /> PLAYING TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement between the City <br /> of Everett and Steadfast Everett Mall, LLC to utilize Mall property for <br /> police/role-playing training at no cost to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RFP AWARD — NEC TELEPHONE NETWORK MAINTENANCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to award Request for Proposal 2016-057 for NEC Telephone <br /> Network Maintenance to Black Box Network Services in the amount <br /> of $247,519.27 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> 380 <br />
