These services have been performed according to the specified codes, industry <br />standards, and generally accepted engineering practices. No warranty, express or implied, is provided. <br />Representatives of Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc. did not supervise, direct, alter, amend or change project <br />specifications or contractor activity. Our statement of conformance pertains to only those items inspected and tested <br />by Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc. for the subject project during the time period when we were on -site. <br />This report may be used only by the client and only for the purposes stated, within a reasonable time from its <br />issuance. Any party other than the client who wishes to use this report shall notify Materials Testing & Consulting, <br />Inc. of such intended use. Based on the intended use of the report, Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc. may require <br />that additional work be performed and that an updated report be issued.
