General Administration
[Add description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above]
All dental providers report to the Director of Dental Services. In addition, each dental clinic is
managed by a Dental Practice Manager and a Dental Clinic Director(one of the dentists at each site)
with the Practice Manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Clinical Directors
reporting to the Director of Dental Services. The Director of Dental Services reports to the CEO.
Services are delivered by licensed dentists, dental hygienists and a support staff consisting of dental
assistants and receptionists.
CHC physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, pharmacists, registered nurses
and behavioral health specialists are licensed by the State of Washington. As part of CHC's
participation in the federal FTCA (Federal Tort and Claims Act) Malpractice Insurance Program, our
credentialing process is heavily monitored and annually approved by the Bureau of Primary Health
Care (BPHC).
CHC supports the grant-funded activities described in this contract by maintaining a full compliment
of administrative and support services to the operation of the clinics. These include all human
resource functions, payroll, accounting, billing, physical plant, information technologies, risk&
compliance, grants management, public relations and community outreach, and executive
management.
A-2
