ARTICLE 4 - ASSOCIATION SECURITY <br /> 4.1 Association. <br /> 4.1.1 Upon promotion, all employees covered by this Agreement shall become members <br /> of EPMA and shall thereafter tender dues and initiation fees uniformly required as a <br /> condition of membership, except for employees who, through the right of non- <br /> association based on bona-fide religious tenets and teachings of a church or <br /> religious body of which such employee is a member, are subject to the religious <br /> objection provisions of RCW 41.56.122. Employees who elect to pay an agency fee <br /> to EPMA in lieu of joining that body shall pay to EPMA an amount equivalent to <br /> members' dues, fees and assessments as may be allowed and limited by law. <br /> EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br /> PAGE 4 <br />
