GENERAL NOTES/COMMENTS: <br />GPI arrives at Boeing facility 45�08 Truck Dump building to perform ongoing visual and equipmen� <br />monitoring and testing procedures of concrete floor surface preparation for coating application. GPI <br />performs ambient condition testing on exterior floor building area. <br />GPI arrived at 8:30 and took ambient conditions GPI also visually inspected the substrate to be coated. <br />Long Painting will return tomorrow to put up better containment around area to be coated Glen Johnson <br />said they will bring heaters to keep environment conditions acceptable to Manufactures <br />recommendations. GPI noticed a foreign stain on the substrate and will point that out to Longs paint crew <br />tomorrow. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
